Product Updates

 

DNASTAR periodically has product upgrades that users may access depending on whether or not they are on a service plan. Below are the latest upgrades available. If you are uncertain about your status, please go to the User Login page and submit your User ID and password. You will be automatically told of your status.

Lasergene Lasergene Core Suite

Lasergene Core Suite v11.0.0 is the latest version of Lasergene available. This upgrade includes the new MegAlign Pro application for MUSCLE alignments, new batch processing tools in SeqNinja, exome capture reporting in SeqMan Pro, and several enhancements to Protean 3D, including integration of the new NovaFold application, available exclusively on the Cloud. It is recommended that all Lasergene users download and install this upgrade. If you are running a network version, please contact your System Administrator. Please log in to obtain your new product key and download the latest version of Lasergene Core Suite.

 

ArrayStar ArrayStar with QSeq

ArrayStar v11.0.0 is the latest version of ArrayStar available. This upgrade includes support for multi-sample CNV detection and enhanced SNP filtering tools. It is recommended that all ArrayStar users download and install this upgrade. If you are running a network version, please contact your System Administrator. Please log in to obtain your new product key and download the latest version of ArrayStar with QSeq.

 

SeqMan NGen SeqMan NGen

SeqMan NGen v11.0.0 is the latest version of SeqMan NGen available. This upgrade includes new workflows for 16S alignment, viral integration analysis, and contaminant sequence removal. Version 11 also includes improvements to
genome, exome and metagenome assemblies and small indel detection. If you are running a network version, please contact your System Administrator. Please log in to obtain your new product key and download the latest version of SeqMan NGen.

 

Navigator DNASTAR Navigator

DNASTAR Navigator v11.0.0 is the latest version of Navigator available. This version includes a newly updated Help database as well as convenient access to additional training resources for each application, including videos, tutorials, and FAQs. Navigator is included with all purchased and free trial software free of charge. By logging in and downloading the latest version of any purchased or free trial DNASTAR software, you will automatically receive the latest version of Navigator.
