Note: This topic is not applicable to BAM-based projects.
The Vector Catalog parameters let you choose the vector catalog you want SeqMan Pro to use. Access these parameters by selecting Project > Parameters and Vector Catalog from the list on the left.
By default, the standard vector catalog is located in the Vector Data folder, found in the following location:
•Windows 7 & Windows 8: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\DNASTAR\Lasergene 9 Data\
•Macintosh: Hard Drive:Applications:DNASTAR:Lasergene
If you wish to store the standard vector catalog elsewhere, or if you want to use a different vector catalog, you may make that choice here.
•The name and location of the current vector catalog appear just above the Set Vector Catalog button. To change the name or location, click the button.
•Select the folder that contains the vector catalog you want to use. Click the vector catalog, then click OK to return to the parameters dialog.
