To view the Transcriptome Report for a de novo transcriptome assembly, select Project > Transcriptome Report.
Note: If any other project type is open, this command is replaced by Project > Report. See Viewing the Project Report for details.
This report is divided into several subsections containing information on the destinations of input reads, number of assembled transcripts, and much more.
