SeqMan NGen Dell Computer Specifications for Assembling Small to Mid-Sized Genomes
If you are interested in using SeqMan NGen to assemble exomes, transcriptomes, and small genomes (<1 Gbases) on a Dell computer, you will need the following two components to meet our technical requirements:
- 1. A computer such as the one specified in the table below.
- 2. One 2 TB external hard disk, such as the LaCie Porsche Design P'9230. This external hard disk can be installed simply by connecting it to your computer with an interface cable provided with the disk.
