Automated Virtual Cloning
DNASTAR's Lasergene software includes an easy-to-use approach for automated virtual cloning. Cloning methods supported include restriction enzyme cloning, TA cloning, Gateway cloning, or Directional TOPO cloning techniques. A new addition to Lasergene v8.1 permits users to perform automated multi-site Gateway cloning to further reduce the time required to complete your work.
