The Chromosomes section is one of two sections in the Explorer panel, and shows a table of chromosomes in the currently-selected assembly. This section allows you to easily maneuver between chromosomes in a multiple sample project.
Access this section by clicking on the Explorer panel expand bar entitled Chromosomes. Alternatively, use View > Explorer > Chromosomes.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The name or number of the chromosome. |
| Size | The chromosome length in base pairs. |
Double-click on any table row to open an Overview and Analysis view window for that chromosome.
