There are several links in the NovaDock Report that allow you to open a model as a new Protean 3D document. When opened, each selected model will appear as a .pdb-formatted structure in a separate tab of the Protean 3D window.
The following table describes the locations of links in the NovaDock Report that allow you to open documents.

| Receptor and/or ligand structures used as NovaDock inputs | In the Molecules section, click on either of the Open model in a new document links. The structures will include any repairs made in the course of making the NovaDock prediction. |
| One or more docking models | In the Model Overview section, put checkmarks only next to the models of interest. Remove the other checkmarks. Then click Open checked in new document. |
| A specific docking model | In the Model section of interest (e.g., Model 3), click on Open model in new document. |
| One or more versions of a specific docking model | In the Models in Cluster area, put checkmarks only next to the models of interest. Remove the other checkmarks. Then click Open checked in new document. |
