Protean 3D’s Analysis View allows you to apply a variety of prediction tracks to your protein sequence. In this four-part tutorial, you will locate potential calcium-binding regions for a human calmodulin sequence. We know from the literature that these regions are correlated with predicted turn regions and with flexible regions.
