This part of the tutorial follows Part C: Edit track options. In Part D, you will learn how to recolor a graph track in the Analysis view.

  1. Double-click on any green Alpha Regions graph to select it.

  1. If it is not already open, open the Color section by clicking on it. Alternatively, use View > Style > Color.
  1. Click on the green box under Fill, and choose bright purple from the color picker.

Since the selected graph is of the “alpha helix” type, all graphs of the same type will be simultaneously re-colored bright purple, including graphs in other tracks.

If many individual track graphs are displayed at the same time, the Analysis view can become crowded. To instantly close all of the individual graphs, and display only the synopsis rows, use the Analysis > Collapse All Rows command.

This marks the end of the tutorial Apply tracks to the Analysis view.
