You can set preferences in Protean 3D for data, Internet, proteins and temporary files.
To open the Set Preferences dialog:
On Windows, choose Edit > Preferences. On Macintosh, choose Protean 3D > Preferences (macOS 12 and lower) or Protean 3D > Settings (macOS 13 and higher).
