To change the way that enzymes appear on a particular view:

To set the lead lines above the enzyme label when the enzyme display has been moved to be under or inside of the sequence.  Note: This command is only enabled in the Sequence and Primer Design views. |
Enzymes > Lead Lines Above Label |
To set the lead lines for the enzymes beneath the label.  Note: This command is only enabled in the Sequence and Primer Design views. |
