removeDuplicateSeqs

The removeDuplicateSeqs command is used to coalesce multiple identical reads at the same position into a single read, provided the reads match the reference exactly. If this feature is active, at the end of assembly, XNG will print the message: “Coalesced $lld identical reads that matched the template exactly.” This command does not have any associated parameters.

Allowable values are [true|false] The default is false.
