The Internet Preferences dialog lets you choose whether you wish to be notified about Lasergene updates.
On Windows, this dialog is accessed via the command Edit > Preferences. On Macintosh, it is accessed using SeqNinja > Preferences (macOS 12 and lower) or SeqNinja > Settings (macOS 13 and higher). If the Internet section is not already active, click on Internet on the left.
Check the box if you would like SeqNinja to display a notification when a newer version of Lasergene is available. Uncheck the box if you do not wish to receive this notification.
Click Apply and OK to save your changes or Cancel to ignore any changes. Click Restore Defaults to return to the default settings for all four drop-down menus.
