Set List

The Set List view allows you to manage the sets you have created. Access the Set List by selecting Data > Show Set List. From this view, you can view more information about your set, select a set to be shown in all views, or to copy, edit, print, export, or delete the set.

The Set List view is composed of several elements. The graphical display on the left is discussed in this topic. The toolbar tools above the "Sets" area and the Info Pane on the right are described in separate topics.

The Sets section lists the sets that are currently saved in your project. If you select a set from this list, the Details pane will be updated with information about that set, and the Genes in Selected Gene Set table will be populated with a list of all the genes in that set.

Click on a column header to sort by that column. Clicking on the same column header twice reverses the sorting order.
