When doing Advanced Filtering, you can filter based on signal threshold by choosing Expression Level/Signal from the left-most drop-down menu.
•Using the drop-down menu to the right of Find (genes in, IP fragments in, etc.), put checkmarks next to the experiments you wish to consider.
•Click the Choose Signal Criteria button to input the desired criteria. See the topic Signal Searching Criteria for detailed information.
