When doing Advanced Filtering, you can filter based on the fold change between two experiments by choosing Fold Change from the left-most drop-down menu.
•In the two drop-down menus on the left, choose the experiments you wish to compare.
•In the type-in box, enter the degree of change you wish to search for.
•In the right-most drop-down menu, choose which of the two experiments should have the higher expression level.
