Use Statistics > Odds Ratio SNP Search to measure the strength of association between two values. This calculation is only available for Variants projects and can be performed at the level of the gene or SNP. Odds Ratio uses similar parameters to Fisher's Exact Test, except that the Odds Ratio test is specifically for "N x 2" groups.
Selecting Odds Ratio SNP Search from the Statistics menu will launch the Statistics Parameters dialog where you can define statistics options and the data to be included in the analysis
