The QSeq Advanced Options dialog allows you to adjust the parameters that QSeq will use in processing your sequence data. The dialog is opened from the Set Up Preprocessing screen by clicking the Configure Advanced Options button.
The dialog consists of four or five tabs that contain preprocessing and export settings:
•Peak Detection (ChIP-Seq and miRNA only)
