Input Reference and Other Files

SeqMan NGen has four similar but differently-named wizard screens used to add files other than the experimental sequence files or contaminant sequences. A version of one of these screens, Input Reference Sequences, is shown below as an example.

 

 

Depending on choices made in the Choose Assembly Workflow and Choose Assembly Type screens, you will encounter zero to two of these screens, each with different names and purposes.

If any of these four screens appears, you must input the specified sequence(s) or assemblies before proceeding further in the wizard. See our Supported File Types page for allowable file extensions.
