You may view the trace data for a sequence in the Alignment View by clicking the triangle to the left of a sequence name.
If a triangle is not displayed next to a sequence name, no trace data are available for that sequence.
Trace data peaks are colored as follows: A=green, G=black, T=pink/red, C=blue.
To open or close all the chromatograms at once, Alt+click (Win) or Option+click (Mac) on any sequence triangle.
To view the sequence trace in greater detail, select Sequence > Show Original Trace/Flowgram Data to open the selected sequence in the Trace Data window.
As you view a trace or flowgram image, you can copy it to the clipboard by using Edit > Select All and then Edit > Copy. Trace and flowgram images are saved on the clipboard as Windows metafiles (.wmf).
