Specify Parameters and Preferences

The following dialogs are accessed through the Project > Project Parameters command and are used to customize assembly and other parameters in SeqMan Ultra.

• Consensus parameters
• Strategy Viewing and Coverage parameters
• Pair Specifier parameters
• Assembly parameters

To set preferences, use Edit > Preferences (Windows) or SeqMan Ultra > Preferences (Macintosh) to open the three-tabbed Preferences dialog.

• Editor tab – To choose whether or not to open alignments in a detached window.
• Internet tab – To display or hide update notifications.
• Temporary Files tab – To specify where SeqMan Ultra should store temporary files.
