Features

MegAlign Pro provides a wizard for copying features from one sequence to another, a procedure known as “feature mapping.” To learn more about how to map features or remove existing features, see:

If there are feature types that are not of interest to you, you can tell MegAlign Pro to hide them in future documents. This is done using the Features tab of the Set Preferences dialog.
