When a portion of a pairwise alignment is selected - User Guide to MegAlign Pro

When a portion of a sequence has been selected in the Pairwise view (e.g., by double-clicking on a feature, or by dragging across the sequence with the mouse), the Details panel contains the following information:

Heading	Selected Region – (in blue) Unchangeable default value. Pairwise alignment selection – The inclusive coordinates of the beginning and end of the selection.
Actions	Copy – Shortcut to Edit > Copy (See Copy, Paste and Delete). Copy As FASTA – Shortcut to Edit > Copy As FASTA (See Copy, Paste and Delete).
