Prediction of protein structures, antibody interactions and protein-protein docking take place in the Nova applications, which are licensed separately from Protean 3D. To learn more about each application, see Types of predictions.
All four Nova applications can be run through the Protean 3D interface. In addition, some can be run locally and/or from the NovaCloud, which is accessed through the DNASTAR website.
- Run the Nova applications through the Protean 3D interface. (This is the only option for NovaFold AI).
- Run the Nova applications using NovaCloud, via the DNASTAR website
