Protean 3D offers a variety of different Report views, depending on the structure or result (variant search, BLAST search) being viewed.
If the entire sequence or “nothing” is selected, the report applies to the entire protein. If an entire multi-chain molecule is selected, all chains are represented in the report. If a subset of the sequence is selected (a chain, feature, etc.), the report shows analysis information for only the selected portion.
Selecting a row in any Report view selects the same element in other views. Similarly, selections made elsewhere will be highlighted simultaneously in the Report view.
