The Structure screen is the second screen in the Protein Design wizard.
Press the Browse button next to the File field to select the structure file. The following file types are supported: PDB (.pdb, .ent), Gzip PDB (.pdb.gz, .ent.gz), mmCIF (.cif), Gzip mmCIF (.cif.gz), Protean 3D structure (.structure). Once you make a selection, the file name will appear in the File field and a summary description of the structure will appear in the Name field.

Continue by doing one of the following:
- To specify additional options, press Next to continue to the Substitutes screen.
- To return to the Workflow screen, press Back.
- To begin the variant creation procedure immediately, press the Run button. For the next steps, see View progress and see variant results.
- To close the Protein Design wizard without starting a search, press Cancel.
