RNA-Seq Analysis using Lasergene Genomics

RNA-Seq data analysis can prove to be a challenge for many researchers as the applications for this technology are quite broad. But never fear! In this 1-hour webinar on September 10, Carl-Erik Tornqvist, PhD (DNASTAR’s Manager of Sales and Client Support) will demonstrate how to use Lasergene Genomics to get the whole picture of your RNA-Seq data.

Learn how to:

– Align RNA-Seq data to a reference genome in SeqMan NGen.

– Perform statistical analysis of differential gene expression using EdgeR or DESeq2.

– Investigate gene ontology data and connect it to your experimental results.

– Use ArrayStar’s advanced filtering and quick gene sets, then view the results in customizable, interactive tables, heat maps, scatterplots, and more.

We will also have a Q&A discussion at the end of the live demo.
