The Feature track is not displayed in SeqMan Ultra’s Alignment view for reference-guided assemblies

Version Affected: Lasergene 18.1.0

Version Fixed: Lasergene 18.1.1

Issue: When a reference-guided assembly is open in SeqMan Ultra and the Alignment view is shown, the Feature track is not displayed even if it is selected in the Tracks panel. The area where the track would normally be displayed is empty.

Resolution: This issue was fixed in Lasergene 18.1.1, released November 3, 2025. To resolve this issue, update to the latest version of Lasergene by going to the My Licenses page of our website. If you need assistance, please contact us at 866-511-5090 or [email protected].
