Nova AI Report: Model Overview

When you open a completed NovaFold AI or NovaDock AI prediction in Protean 3D, a specialized three-tabbed Report view opens by default. When a .novafoldai or .novaai document is open, this report can also be opened at any time using the View > Report > Show command.

To open the Model Overview version of the report, choose Model Overview from the drop-down menu at the top left of the view.

This report shows a model accuracy estimate for each predicted model, with different statistics shown for NovaFold AI and NovaDock AI predictions.

• If a NovaFold AI prediction is open, this report shows the LDDT, the predicted local distance difference test (Mariani et al. 2013) using C alpha atoms. Scores range from (0,100] with the best score being 100.

• If a NovaDock AI prediction is open, this report shows the sum of the predicted interface TM score (ipTM) and the predicted overall TM score (pTM). Scores range from (0,1], with the best score being 1.0.
