When you open a completed NovaFold AI or NovaDock AI prediction in Protean 3D, a specialized three-tabbed Report view opens by default. When a .novafoldai or .novaai document is open, this report can also be opened at any time using the View > Report > Show command.
To open the Structural Alignment Report version of the report, choose Structural Alignment Report from the drop-down menu at the top left of the view.
This version of the report displays a table with the root-mean squared deviation (RMSD) in angstroms (Å) for Model 1 compared to each of the other models.
