NovaDock AI is one of two protein docking applications that run within the Protean 3D interface, with the other being NovaDock.

NovaDock AI utilizes the AlphaFold2 multimer algorithm developed by Google’s DeepMind, and is one of two protein docking applications that can be run as a cloud-based, separately licensed service within Protean 3D. NovaDock AI uses a deep learning approach to predict multimeric assemblies of up to 6 structures. The algorithm starts by predicting individual protein structures, then predicts how those structures connect as a unit.

This workflow is a practical and fast way to accelerate drug/antibody development, and to study structural pathways for interactions between molecules.
