The NovaFold AI and NovaDock AI report

When a NovaFold AI or NovaDock AI prediction is open, the Details panel provides the information shown in the table below.

Title

The prediction name and number of structure predictions in the document.
Model ‘n’

There is a separate expandable section for each model in the document. Each model section includes:

  • A Title with the type of prediction and model number.

  • Number of biopolymers and residues.

  • The RMSD [Å] (root-mean-square deviation) between this model and each of the other models, in the case of Model 1; and between the model and Model 1, in all other cases.
